1. Data processed by the app
PackUp may process information that you create and store in the app. This includes the content you add while using the app to organize your trips and packing lists.

- destination coordinates stored with trip locations (used to fetch weather forecasts)
2. Storage of data
Data created in PackUp is stored locally on your device.
PackUp does not require a user account and does not store your data on our servers.
3. Notifications
If you enable reminders, PackUp uses local notifications provided by the operating system to display trip reminders on your device.
4. Location search
When you search for places while creating or editing a trip, PackUp uses Apple MapKit and related Apple location search services to display matching results.
PackUp does not collect, access, or track your live device location.
5. Weather forecasts
When you view weather for a trip, PackUp uses Apple WeatherKit to retrieve forecasts for the destinations you added to that trip (the latitude and longitude stored with each location).
PackUp does not access or track your device's current location for this feature. Weather requests are sent to Apple's services. Processing of that data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
6. PDF export and sharing
PackUp may generate a PDF version of your packing list locally on your device.
If you choose to share that PDF, the file is shared only through the system sharing options you select, and only with the recipient, app, or service chosen by you.
7. In-app purchases
PackUp may offer optional in-app purchases to unlock additional features. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
8. Analytics and tracking
PackUp does not use analytics services, advertising SDKs, or third-party tracking technologies.
9. Disclosure of data
PackUp does not sell your personal data and does not disclose your app data to third parties for advertising, profiling, or analytics purposes.
Certain app features rely on Apple-provided services, including local notifications, place search, weather forecasts (WeatherKit), and system sharing functionality.
10. Retention and deletion
Data remains stored on your device until you delete it within the app, reset the app data, or remove the app from your device.
If you delete the app, its locally stored data is generally removed from the device.
